Why is the system so slow for me?
The site is currently slow due to network limitations and encyrption requirements. This is under investigation and measures will soon be taken to bring performance to an acceptable level.
Can I still order items which are not in the BOC Catalogue?
Yes. It is still possible to order items that are not in the BOC Catalogue but you will need your manager's approval for the order.
Do I have to go via NZS SRM or can I order primarily via the BOC catalogue?
If you are ordering contracted items you will have to do this via NZS SRM which will take you into the BOC catalogue as the process and approvals are already in place for the product. For non contracted items, you will have to order via the describe requirement process and you will need to have your manager's approval.
Who do I contact if I am unable to connect to the BOC online catalogue?
